Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Property Operations Coordinator to oversee unit turns, resolve operational issues, and ensure maintenance and security deposit processes are handled accurately.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency across the portfolio by managing turnover timelines, addressing disputes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring charges are correctly assigned to tenants or property owners.
The ideal candidate is detail-driven, comfortable making decisions, and committed to following issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities Unit Turn Management- Serve as the primary coordinator for unit turns between tenants
- Ensure turnover tasks are completed efficiently and properties are rent-ready
- Monitor timelines and follow up with vendors or coordinators to avoid delays
