Description
Purpose
Reporting to the Director of International Recruitment, the Regional Recruitment Manager strengthens and sustains international enrolment pipelines within the assigned region(s). The role develops and oversees regional recruitment plans, leads market development, and cultivates relationships to operationalize enrolment strategies that support York University’s international enrolment objectives. It also supports the Director with projects and strategic initiatives and provides data‑driven recommendations for institutional initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Education (or related discipline)
- Valid driver’s license and valid passport (verification of credentials required)
