Description

Changan is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales execution, strengthen dealer networks, and drive commercial performance in alignment with national objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
  • Manage and grow dealer and distributor networks
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Lead sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and client follow-up
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Ensure CRM compliance and accurate reporting
Profile Requirements
  • Industry related only
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced English
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, dealer management, forecasting, CRM, and negotiation
  • Availability to travel
