Description
Changan is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales execution, strengthen dealer networks, and drive commercial performance in alignment with national objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
- Manage and grow dealer and distributor networks
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and client follow-up
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners
- Ensure CRM compliance and accurate reporting
Profile Requirements
- Industry related only
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, dealer management, forecasting, CRM, and negotiation
- Availability to travel
