Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market share expansion, and profitability across GY Korea’s portfolio of products and services. The role leads regional programs and activities, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. It also oversees sales performance management, including monitoring effectiveness and GTN, while leading monthly sales meetings to align the team on GYK’s sales strategy and performance objectives.

**What You'll Do**

+ You will plan, implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance in achieving financial objectives, including unit targets and GP amount.
