Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada

ROCKWOOL is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada. The territory for this position is British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Thunder Bay. The ideal candidate will be based in Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver with 35% overnight travel required. 

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and also play a key role in translating data into regional growth strategies, driving market expansion, and enhancing the customer experience through actionable insights. This role is ideal for a sales leader who combines commercial acumen, leadership capability, and data literacy—someone who thrives at the intersection of people, performance, and strategy. This position reports to the Director of Sales and has three direct reports.
