Based at the Fairmont Vancouver Pacific Rim Hotel and reporting to the Vice President, Operations, West Coast Caribbean, this role is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Fairmont branded properties within the Pacific Northwest Region

Job Description
Lead and support regional management team in the achievement of regions Key Performance Indicators,
Champion positive employee relations and culture by role modeling brand values and leading continuous efforts to set clear expectations of behaviors across the region
Direct the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of various hotel Operating Budgets, Marketing & Sales Plans and Capital Budgets
Actively involved in various industry and community initiatives
Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for the region are on time, on target and accurate
Recruit, select, train, and manage the region’s leadership team...
