Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and evaluate individualized nutritional care plans
• Collaborate with the Food Service Manager on resident needs
• Review seasonal menus for nutritional quality
• Educate residents and families on nutrition and hydration
