Registered Nurse

Cold Lake Healthcare Centre is seeking an Operating Room (OR) Nurse for its busy multiple surgical theatres, performing various surgeries such as general, orthopedic, gynecological, dental, ear nose and throat, endoscopy as well as cross training to other departments. The OR Nurse serves as a patient advocate, linking patient care units with the Operating Room, and plays a key role in perioperative care, including scrub, circulating, and post‑anesthetic recovery. This role adheres to governing standards while ensuring safe, effective, and efficient patient care. The OR Nurse must thrive in a fast‑paced, highly integrated surgical team, demonstrating advanced critical thinking, problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
