Strathmore is a thriving community located 35 minutes east of Calgary. Strathmore District Health Services is a busy rural hospital that provides emergency care to over 23,000 patients annually. Strathmore Hospital offers a broad range of care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing an electronic tracking system and providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for emergency patients. The ideal candidate must collaborate with the multi‑disciplinary team, assess, coordinate, supervise, administer and evaluate the provision of health services and resources. Current nursing knowledge and efficient communication and leadership skills are required. You will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients and families in a diverse population, focusing on an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance.
