Join our downtown Toronto NICU as a Registered Nurse and provide essential care to newborns in critical condition. This role offers an enriching opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a temporary contract nurse for up to six months, you’ll develop your skills and support infants requiring advanced medical attention. Our NICU emphasizes teamwork and communication, allowing parents to play an active role in their child's care. You'll handle diverse cases and the latest medical technologies in a Level III and Level II care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess infants’ health through comprehensive evaluations
• Manage feeding assessments and support feeding practices
• Carry out necessary blood work and PIV procedures
• Care for infants on various respiratory aids
• Execute other relevant nursing duties as needed

• Certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
