Registered Nurse Leadership Role in Ontario

In this role, you will be responsible for developing care plans and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care for residents at our 128-bed facility. Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with care providers on resident care plans
• Direct and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Evaluate team performance regularly
• Implement standards of nursing practice
• Educate and support fellow team members
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with the provincial college
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
• Availability for night and evening shifts
