Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, providing professional nursing services for patients, including those with complex or unpredictable health needs. Responsibilities include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, leadership within the healthcare team, and coordination of patient care and discharge. The role requires a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the region/facility/unit.
Shift: Nights and weekends. FTE: 0.70. Full-time program for Emergency Nursing Orientation as part of Level 1-3 training periods.
Experience
- Recent, related experience is an asset.
- Current Emergency nursing experience preferred.
- Satisfactory employment record required.
- Emergency Nursing Orientation is a full-time program. Orientees must participate on a full‑time basis during Level 1, 2, and 3 training periods.
