Registered Nurse - RN (0.8 FTE)

The role of the Sherwood Park – Strathcona County PCN Registered Nurse (RN) is to work collaboratively with the patients, family physicians, other team members to provide comprehensive clinical services as identified for the patients of the PCN. The RN will assess patients, develop, implement and evaluate care plans for patients and provide indirect support to patients. The RN will work to full scope of practice with an emphasis on providing comprehensive care, education and guidance to patients with chronic disease.

• 0.8 FT – Temporary until August 31, 2027
• Schedule: MTW & F 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM
• Pay range, based on experience $40.98 – $53.96
