Registered Nurse (RN) - Temporary Full Time - Haliburton

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in accordance with standards of practice.
• Offer leadership and guidance to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work.
• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review, and evaluate complex resident care plans, including education and support.
• Delegate clinical tasks to unregulated care providers while maintaining sound clinical knowledge.
• Maintain competencies as per governing College standards and complete Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS) within 3 months.
• Use computer and Microsoft Office applications in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.
• Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers.
