Unit Summary
McMaster Children's Hospital encompasses the management of the pediatric patients in the following areas ER, in-patients (3B, 3C), critical care areas PCCU, NICU, Level II nursery and work in outpatient areas such as MRI, 2Q and 3F. McMaster Children's Hospital also has regional responsibility within Central, South Central and South Western regions. The hospital provides clinical care to patients within a family centered environment.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse will work as part of the interdisciplinary team within the McMaster Children's Hospital Program with specific responsibility within the Neonatal Transport.
Qualifications
1. Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse
2. Advanced Module in Neonatal Care
3. NRP Certification, Instructors preferred
