Description
We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist for a Long Term Care home client in London, Ontario. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with residents to help improve their activities of daily living.

Job Duties:
- Conduct OT/ADP assessments for residents per College standards, develop individualized treatment plans, and document all progress notes in the facility’s health record system
- Complete feeding assessments for residents
- Complete assessments for falls prevention and Least Restraints, including reviews of bed rails
- Work with the Physiotherapist and Nursing staff in regards to wound management (ex: positioning, lifting and transferring
- Work with multi-disciplinary team to make recommendations with respect to other interventions or treatments (ex: Restorative Care, Pain Management, Contingence ...
