Qualifications:
A General Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Proof of medication administration education/competency
Excellent communication skills
Strong clinical assessment skills
Clear understanding of resident-centered care
Leadership ability
Excellent organization skills
Strong team orientation
Strong customer service orientation
Long Term Care experience an asset
Other related certifications an asset
