Baycrest is seeking an On-Call Registered Practical Nurse at Terraces Assisted Living. Provide critical nursing care to enhance the lives of seniors while enjoying flexible hours.
As an RPN, you will play a fundamental role in the well-being of approximately 200 seniors, contributing to their care plans and health monitoring. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address both urgent care needs and ongoing support for those with chronic conditions. Your clinical skills will be essential in providing effective and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community education and individualized counseling
• Respond effectively to emergency and urgent care situations
• Manage care for clients facing minor episodic illness
• Educate and monitor clients with stabilized chronic illnesses
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS Level C-AED certification
