Registered Practical Nurse (Temp PT) Role

In this up to six-month position, you will support the Hospice Residence Manager and provide high-quality care to patients. This role involves direct involvement in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and educating families on health care provisions. You will also manage complex situations effectively, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each patient.
