Compliance Framework & Governance

• Support and enhance the compliance framework across the Sydney business

• Implement and monitor controls aligned to regulatory obligations

• Oversee areas including conflicts of interest, information barriers, and personal account dealing

• Maintain key registers and compliance documentation
