Regulatory Manager

Overview

The Regulatory Manager, Operations Services is responsible for overseeing and supporting the regulated aspects of school building custodial and maintenance operations, employing high‑quality standards and a supportive service delivery model. In partnership with the Assistant Coordinator, the Manager will assist in evaluating system needs, establishing system‑wide regulatory standards, setting repair and improvement priorities, and developing school building renewal plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational programs and regulatory directives, including Fire Safety, Water and Waste‑water treatment, Radon measurement, Asbestos management, Four‑Stream waste separation, fuel storage, and third‑party inspections of equipment such as elevators, pressure vessels, and electrical systems.
