is seeking an experienced Rehearsal Director to support the Artistic Team in a pre-professional ballet training environment. The Rehearsal Director leads rehearsals, maintains repertoire, and upholds the company’s artistic and technical standards. This role serves as a key liaison between dancers, choreographers, and management, ensuring consistency and artistic excellence—particularly when choreographers are not in residence. The Rehearsal Director plays a central role in the day-to-day artistic life of the company by coaching dancers, documenting choreography, and collaborating closely with production and administrative teams.
