Relationship Manager, Diversified Energy Services - 12 Month Term

About the Role

This is a temporary 12‑month term opportunity with potential for extension, offered in a hybrid work arrangement (approximately three days on‑site per week). The Relationship Manager (RM) may be a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager, depending on experience and qualifications.

Reporting to the Director, the RM works with a team of ATB Business associates and partners to increase and retain business based on annual growth targets and to enhance the profitability of a specified portfolio of ATB Business customers.

The RM excels at proactively developing new opportunities while retaining and growing existing relationships. The role is focused on building relationships with small‑business and agriculture clients across the province, becoming a trusted advisor through consistent support and a genuine desire to understand their business journey.
