Employee Relations Manager Greater Manchester - hybrid working Permanent £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
I am delighted to be retained by a high growth organisation to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Manager. You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s most challenging employee relations matters, guiding cases through to resolution with a balanced, commercially aware approach. Alongside this, you’ll lead and develop a small team of HR Advisors, embedding high standards, consistency, and a solid coaching culture.
A key focus of the role is acting as the organisation’s subject matter expert for TUPE, managing transfers end-to-end and advising senior stakeholders through organisational change.
