Remote Camp Crew Leader Position

Become a Crew Leader with the Outland Youth Employment Program and make a difference this summer at Esker Lakes Provincial Park. Guide and mentor Indigenous youth while ensuring a safe camp environment.
This full-time position involves living on-site in a remote camp and leading youth participants through their summer program. Crew Leaders play a vital role in modeling professionalism and leading by example. Foster respectful relationships, support work projects, and maintain camp operations while enhancing your leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Rangers during work projects and learning sessions
