Job Summary:
You'll be the friendly face (or voice) for our German-speaking customers. This role allows you to work remotely in Turkey while providing exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed.

Track customer satisfaction metrics.

Work collaboratively with internal teams.
Requirements:

C2 German and C1 English.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Empathy and patience in dealing with customers.
