**Job Role: Remote Debt Collection Specialist**Charter Financial Solutions LLC is hiring Remote Debt Collection Specialists to support our US clients in Collections**Responsibilities**:- Manage inbound and outbound calls in English or Spanish in a timely manner.
- Speak with customers about their debts, and offer effective solutions to resolve them.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, and keep record of all conversations and transactions.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Fluent in English or Spanish.
