What you'll do:- The Ergonomic Engineer is responsible for designing, evaluating, and improving work systems, tools, and environments to optimize human performance, health, safety, and productivity.
- This role applies ergonomic principles, human factors engineering, and data‐driven risk assessment methods to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), improve employee well‐being, and support operational excellence.
- The Ergonomic Engineer works cross‐functionally with operations, engineering, health and safety, and human resources to embed ergonomics into workplace design and continuous improvement initiatives.What is required:- Previous Experience Ergonomic application- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross‐functional environment.
