Step into a challenging remote position as an International Account Executive with Docebo, leading AI-driven transformations in workplace learning. Cultivate relationships and drive growth for key accounts across North America and EMEA.
Reporting to co-founder Mathieu, you will focus on a select group of ten client accounts, developing loyalty strategies and tailored solutions. Your role involves driving collaborative efforts among Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize account growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute sales strategies for key accounts
• Form strong relationships with key contacts in client businesses
• Analyze and respond to customer-specific needs
• Manage sales negotiations and ensure contract renewals
• Organize community engagement through events
