As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals. This role places you at the forefront of managing and guiding a team of leaders, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process. You’ll work closely with other area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes updated and aligned with business needs.
