:Position: IT Specialist/Analyst
Primary Responsibility: To provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and customization.
Key Duties:Administer and manage the Salesforce platform.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce.Provide user support and training for Salesforce functionalities.Customize Salesforce to align with business processes.Develop and implement workflows, custom objects, fields, and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill Salesforce-related requirements.Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
