Remote Technical Product & Customer Support Specialist

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Customer & Product Support Representative for a hybrid or remote role in Medellín, Colombia. You will become part of our Dealer & PSS Customer Support team, where your main responsibilities include communicating with customers, answering their questions about product assembly and operation, and responding to inquiries regarding shipping and delivery.
