Responsibilities
- Achieves quota by selling license/product renewal by phone and email, may offer upsell opportunities when applicable.
- Provides product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.
- Works within an established customer and territory.
- Identifies lead generation opportunities to expand territory and drive upsells.
- Analyzes customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
- Provides accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Builds and maintains a positive relationship with customers.
- Works with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
