About the Role
Paystand is seeking a commercially disciplined
Renewals Manager
to drive strong renewal outcomes across a dynamic subset of our customer base. This role is accountable for maximizing Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) by owning renewal strategy and execution for customers requiring active commercial engagement.
The Renewals Manager plays a critical role in Paystand's growth strategy by ensuring renewals are executed on time, on appropriate terms, and in alignment with pricing and contract policies, while exercising sound judgment to retain revenue and reduce churn.
