Key Responsibilities: Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.
Assist with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required. Process application forms and handle all phone calls. In case of any issues and concerns, the Rental Agent is responsible to escalate the concern to the Property Manager.
