Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing complex customer orders and providing comprehensive support to field sales, manufacturing plants, and external customers. This role requires a strong customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Process complex and technical customer orders, including order changes and updates on time.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure accurate execution.
  • Manage orders in high‑complexity environments (multi‑country, multi‑currency, multi‑language).
  • Coordinate shipments, invoices, and export‑related activities.
  • Monitor backlog and late orders, including escalations and proactive communication.
