Dispatcher –(LTL)Join a dynamic team in the transportation and logistics industry as a Dispatcher at our Montreal location. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating pick-up and delivery operations while ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and dispatch drivers for cargo pick-up and delivery to customers. Serve as the primary contact for drivers to balance driver health and safety with customer requirements. Contribute to achieving operational goals such as on-time delivery percentage and stops per hour. Manage delivery punctuality and maintain regular contact with drivers throughout the day.
