**:**FNOL Insurance Rep | Mon-Fri - Confie Tijuana****Responsibilities**:- Receive and process **First Notice of Loss** (FNOL) claims- Verify **policy information** accurately- **Collect and document claim** details in the client's claims management system- Initiate the **claims process** and provide confirmation to customers- Handle inbound calls to **answer inquiries and give status updates** on open claims**Requirements**:- English proficiency at **B2 level or higher**:- A professionally **structured CV in English**:- **Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)**:- Strong interpersonal and **verbal communication skills** with a focus on quality- Ability to **multitask, stay organized,**and prioritize workload- At least **1+ year of call center experience**:- Customer service experience **(preferred / a plus)**:- **Full-time availability.You must be available to work full time....
