Account Executive, Major Accounts Sales
As an Account Executive, Core Major Accounts at ADP, you’ll be responsible for driving net‑new business by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) opportunities within organizations of 50–999 employees.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close
- Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals
- Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets
- Build and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs, opportunities, and competitive strategy
- Generate a strong, sustainable pipeline through proactive prospecting and market penetration
- Sell ADP’s full portfolio of 40+ HCM products and services to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers
