**Functions and Responsibilities**- Capture and track orders from Associates via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- Document any adverse events reported by an Associate or Customer and continue the corresponding process to ensure they receive follow-up from GMPSS.
- Provide information on promotions, events, and new products to Associates.
- Guide Associates to achieve the best results from the company's products and services.
- Reactivate accounts of associates who request it via telephone.
**Processes and Controls**- Follow the corresponding Order processes and procedures.
- Correctly code cases in HCM for timely follow-up and corresponding reporting.
