Research Associate in Nanopore Sequencing

Drive impactful research at KisoJi Biotechnology as a Research Associate focusing on Nanopore sequencing. This Toronto-based role includes key laboratory work in therapeutic antibody development.
As a critical member of the molecular biology team, you will leverage your Master’s degree and 1-3 years of experience to enhance our sequencing capabilities. Your responsibilities include establishing effective protocols and ensuring quality control through careful sequencing efforts. Collaborate across teams to influence antibody therapeutic advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish experimental pipelines for sequencing
• Create amplicon libraries for NGS analyses
• Clone DNA constructs and purify samples
• Analyze results, preparing written and oral reports
• Foster teamwork and develop SOPs
Requirements:
• Master’s in genetics, cell biology, or related area
• At least 1-3 years of industry experience
• Significant expertise with Nanopore sequencing
