The Psychological Trauma and Stress Systems (PTSS) lab is a team located at the University of Regina within the Faculty of Arts. The PTSS lab is led by Dr. R. Nicholas Carleton, a clinical psychologist and expert of psychological trauma in Canadian public safety personnel (PSP). The PTSS lab team is dedicated to helping PSP thrive and backed by clinicians, researchers, and operational staff who provide evidence-informed lifesaving solutions to reduce the impacts of trauma and stress.

Reporting to the PTSS Lab Operations Manager, the Research Associate will support the Emotional Resilience Skills Training (ERST) project and other projects within the PTSS lab. This will include responsibility for ERST delivery coordination, ERST facilitation, ERST materials feedback, participant data management, data collection and analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), and writing for both academic and public aud...
