Reservation Manager – Kochi

We are looking for a Reservation Manager who can confidently manage day-to-day reservations while supporting room availability, pricing coordination, and OTA performance.

This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel reservations deeply, works well with cross-functional teams, and ensures a seamless booking experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily reservations across platforms such as Agoda, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
• Update room availability, rates, and inventory across all OTAs and channel managers.
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and on time, avoiding overbookings or rate discrepancies.
