Resident Care Coordinator at Cogir Senior Living

Become a key part of Cogir Senior Living as a Resident Care Coordinator. This role focuses on overseeing care quality, staff coordination, and resident support within a dynamic environment.
In this 12-month contract position, you will report to the Director of Care or Health and Wellness Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing nursing records and assisting with recruitment and part of the hiring process. You'll lead staff meetings, ensure compliance with care standards, and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
