This position involves supporting DREs with engineering tasks and providing assistance during pilot builds, helping to manage design and quality issues with harnesses.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or at least 10 years of experience in automotive fields.
Strong familiarity with harness design and vehicle assembly processes is essential.
