Residential Repairman

Position Details Schedule: Monday Friday Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $15/hour Responsibilities Complete general residential maintenance and repair work Diagnose and repair basic plumbing issues Assist with HVAC maintenance and minor troubleshooting Perform light electrical repairs when needed Safely operate hand tools and power tools Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally Maintain clean and safe work areas Identify and report additional repair needs Preferred Qualifications Previous residential maintenance experience Plumbing and HVAC experience preferred Basic electrical knowledge is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and with a team
