They thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and play a critical role in the successful operation of our multi residential Premium properties. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident’s lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Manages concierge style services for residents
• Monitors move in dates and ensures that all suites meet our 100% Perfect Guarantee
• Communicates with future residents in advance to facilitate a stress‑free move‑in
• Follows up with all new residents within 2 days to ensure satisfaction
• Responds to all resident issues/disputes and ensures resolution
