• Investigate unlawful acts of employees or patrons of establishments.
• May be required to appear in court as witness.
• Produce reports.
• Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor establishment activities.
• Operate security control room equipment.
• Patrol assigned areas.
• Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.
