About this Position

This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating and implementing the customer scope of work within a designated area, to provide exceptional Janitorial Services. You will also be responsible for increasing revenue from existing customers and managing a mobile workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation plans for customer (i.e. waxing schedules/, budgets, potential add on sales opportunities)
• Build strong relationships with customers and sub contractors
• Responsible for training subcontractors and employees on required legislated training (WHMIS, Health & Safety...
